Daily Schedule

7:30 AM - Yoga Flow

Arrival - Saturday

We will arrive on Saturday at approximately 5pm. This will allow us a bit of time to check in, get ourselves situated in our rooms and then meet for dinner at 6:30pm.

8pm - Arrival circle and then LIGHTS OUT! Prepare yourself for a long day.

Sunday

We’ll make our way to the beach to unwind and spend time together. Think laid-back lounging, a gentle activity, and lots of sun.

After dinner, we’ll be treated to a local cacao ceremony hosted by Eden.

Monday

A day to settle into the rhythm of the resort. After breakfast, you’re free to rest, read, swim, or simply be, before we gather again at 3pm for our Curious Heart Workshop.

Tuesday

Same easy going pace. Sweat Lodge experience in the afternoon, hosted by Eden and pre-dinner.

Wednesday

Today is an adventure-filled day. We’re heading to the island of Ometepe for volcano hiking and waterfall swims. Be ready for plenty of movement and lush, rainforest-style weather.
We’ll wind down the evening with a slow, cozy movie night hosted by Eden.

Thursday

The day is yours to enjoy. Nothing planned beyond what your heart is calling for. Stay close or venture into town, follow your curiosity, and make the day your own.
We’ll gather again for dinner and an 8pm Yang Yin class.

Friday

Our last day at the resort. After breakfast, enjoy free time to rest, read, or swim, and we’ll come back together at 3pm for a Curious Heart Workshop.

The day ends with a beautiful soundbath hosted by Eden.

Optional Excursions

Our retreat has a thoughtful structure, with a few pockets of time intentionally left open for you to explore and enjoy.

Use these moments to book a surf lesson, indulge in a massage, or explore the beautiful services Eden has to offer.

Departure Day - Saturday

It will be an early and full day for those traveling home.

We’ll start the day at 7:00am with an optional light stretch, and plan to leave the resort by 8:00am to arrive at the airport by 11:00am.

For those choosing to extend their stay, breakfast will be served at 9:00am, with check-out by 11:00am.

We’ll confirm exact timing once we arrive at Eden.
