This 4-week workshop helps couples better understand how ADHD shapes communication, connection, and daily life. Together, you’ll learn practical tools, supportive strategies, and new ways of relating so your partnership feels clearer, calmer, and more connected.
Co-facilitated by Brandi Cowl and Registered Psychotherapist Patricia Jean-Vézina, this monthly in-person series (Feb–May) offers couples a compassionate space to
develop deeper understanding of ADHD and of each other, while increasing empathy and reducing blame, and cultivating teamwork. Together, we’ll focus on:
· Identifying and valuing each partner’s strengths,
· Improving communication, tone, and emotional awareness,
· Creating supportive structures, routines, and planning tools, and
· Developing emotional regulation strategies as a team
This workshop is intended for couples where one or both partners have ADHD and are ready to move out of survival mode and into greater connection and collaboration.
Wednesdays: Feb 11, Mar 11, Apr 8, May 6 | 6-8pm
